The apartments is located in a quiet neibourhood between the harbor in Kato Paphos and the centre of the city. Close by there is the Medieval Castle, archeological sites, delicious places to eat and drink, shops for your essentials and anything else you desire. The Kings Avenue Mall is only 600 meters from the property. There is a bus stop close by with buses going around the city approximately every 15 minutes.
The apartments is located on the ground floor of a newly built 5 apartment complex. The interior is decorated using contemporary living style with a modern hint. It is fully equipped for a functioning and cozy stay. At the entrance there is a private veranda with a porch and outdoor furniture. . The electricity in the apartment works with a key card that is provided with the door keys at your arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential electrical appliances (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, electric hob with an oven and a washing machine), spacious storage cabinets with cooking utensils for meal preparations, crockery & cutlery and cleaning supplies. Coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits are available in the cabinets for you. Beautifully decorated space , sofa beds, a bookcase, coffee table and a Smart TV with access to the Internet. In the same area there is a dining table with 4 chairs with a welcoming basket. You can spent your time playing board games or binge watching series or movies on our Netflix account. We provide air conditioning with warm and cool modes, private underground parking space and internet access with no extra charge.
Our accommodation is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the Kato Paphos area where you can find anything you need. Only 1,7 km from the Medieval Castle at the Harbour and the tourist area where you can find a range of options for things to do and visit. (sights, ancient monuments, clubs & pubs, restaurants, cafeterias, diving and boat trips as well as water sports). Close to the property there is a bus stop that goes through various places in Paphos. The Kings Avenue Mall is just 600 meters from your door and the Cosmic World Bowling and entertainment center only 400 meters. The distance to the centre of the city (Ktima) and the market is 1.2 km.
