They both have eye-catching swimming pools and offer one of the most dazzling and spectacular views on the Mediterranean sea. Air conditioning for the living room area is optional, paid locally and charges are as follows:

-EUR 16 per unit per day for the living area of the main house (2 units available).

The outdoor hot tub costs EUR 65 per day and paid locally. It can be booked for a minimum of 4 days, and needs to be requested at least 2 days in advance.

Oceania Villa:

Air conditioning for the living room area is optional, paid locally and charges are as follows:

-EUR 35 per day for the large living area

Please note that in case of a wedding or event at the property, a wedding/event surcharge is applicable of Euros 650.00 and is payable locally in cash upon arrival.
