The property is a very wellcome families with very big -800sqm are outside , the building is fully renovated recently - March 2024 and is located 30 meters only from the famous Coral Bay beach and 600 meters- walking distance from all the shops and bars restaurants of the recently renovated Coral Bay Strip.

Our neighbors are the Coral beach hotel,the Thalassa Boutique Hotel and the famous Coral Bay beach .
