Property info

The villa is 150 meters away from the beach and has its own private pool with barbecue and dining facilities al fresco. It covers 330 square meters area. It consists of 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room as well as relaxing room with sauna and Jacuzzi. There is also covered garage. All the house is fully air-conditioned. It also includes under floor heating to the ground floor and radiator units to the rest floors. There is a softener system for the water supply of the villa and a separate filtering system for drinking water. The whole villa flooring (inside and outside) is covered with Greek marbles (from Penteli area - Greece), the same as those that Parthenon was built with 2500 years ago.
