This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms along with private swimming pool and sea views. The villa is walking distance to the beach. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 15 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. IMPORTANT VILLA RULES: • The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time (including children). • No additional guests, visitors, parties, gatherings, or extra cars are permitted at the property. Exceeding the booked occupancy is strictly prohibited. • A Refundable Security Deposit (RSD) of 150 euros per person is payable before arrival. This is fully refunded after departure, provided there is no damage, breakages, or breach of the above rules.
