Apartment Adam is located in the village of Dolní Moravice (Avalanche area), between Bruntál and Rýmařov, in the beautiful surroundings of the Hrubý Jeseník Mountains. This ground-floor apartment (40 m²) offers one separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room connected to a kitchenette, a bathroom and an entrance hall. The living room features a sofa bed and a fold-down double bed. The second sleeping area is located in the open-plan living space connected to the kitchen and is not separated by doors. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4–5 guests. The apartment also includes a small garden with a fireplace, swing and sandbox, a terrace with outdoor seating and a private parking space directly next to the property. The apartment is ideal for families with children, couples and small groups looking for peaceful accommodation close to nature.

The apartment is situated in an attractive part of the Hrubý Jeseník Mountains with a wide range of year-round activities. Popular excursion destinations include Praděd, the spa village of Karlova Studánka, Malá Morávka and Karlov pod Pradědem (approximately 5 km), where several ski resorts are located. The surrounding area offers cross-country skiing trails, ski slopes, as well as numerous hiking and cycling routes. Just 300 metres from the apartment, you will find Wellness Penzion Eva, where you can visit the restaurant (open from 5:00 PM), book a whirlpool or enjoy a massage. A children’s playground is also available within the complex. Swimming options include the Slezská Harta reservoir, Wellness Centre Bruntál, the spa swimming pool in Karlova Studánka, the swimming pool in Břidličná and Hotel Slunce. The apartment is easily accessible by car or bus, with a bus stop located directly next to the Avalanche complex.
