Very spacious and bright apartment with balcony and views of the dam and mountains, completely newly equipped. The living room has a large sofa bed, 50 '' TV, children's play area with puzzles and toys. The upper floor has two bedrooms and a second bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and service for 10 people, as well as a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and toaster. The apartment has a cellar, where it is possible to store the skis or bikes in a locked space.
Apartmán se nachází k klidné části města Lipna nad vltavou s kompletní vybaveností službami. V docázkové vzdálenosti k turistickým cestám a přehradě. 1km od apartmánu jsou lyžařské vleky s nově otevřenou lanovou dráhou v lyžařském resortu.
