Ideal place for your active holidays in summer and in winter. Starting point for your daily trips to most beautiful Sumava spots - Třístoličník, Plechý, Boubín, Stožec, Soumarský most, Knížecí pláně, Bučina. Many possibilities of hiking and cycling trails, you can rent a canoe on the river Vltava, enjoy calm nature surroundings and views. Cross-country skiing trails just behind the house or shortly reachable great german Cross Country Center Mauth-Finsterau and Haidmühle - Bischofsreut (skating, classic). Downhill skiing, snowboarding for beginners, kids just behind the house (2 lifts), family winter ski resort Mitterdorf just across the border 10 km, austrian alpine ski resort Hochficht 40 km. Even close to nature, easily accessible by car.
