The building is situated in the heart of Kouty nad Desnou, 350 meters from the ski area Kouty. Apartment house is suitable for families and groups, but especially those who want to enjoy active holidays, cycling or skiing. Total capacity is 62 seats in a total of 10 apartments. Heating with electricity. Parking at the house on its own lot. In summer you can sit in the garden with fireplace, grill, or by the pool. Children will welcome equipped playground with rope and a climbing wall, a slide, a swing and a small house to play, like a zaskáčou on the trampoline (3m) arise and play in the sandbox. For young and old is a ping pong table. In winter you offer distraction Mountains offers a wide range of downhill skiing and cross-country. For our clients we offer discounts on skiing in the surrounding ski areas.

Directly in Kouty horse riding, wellness at the long side. Unforgettable is a visit to the plant long side. Kouty resort offers a wide variety of entertainment and excursions. In Loučná Desnou you can visit the sports and recreation complex Kociánov where there is a large playground for kids with lots of attractions, also here you can enjoy fishing and walking in a nearby park. In Loucna Desnou is also possible to rent or play miniature golf course, there is a ramp and a skate park. It is even possible in Loučné even play paintball. In large Losiny you can visit the thermal pool Losiny chateau Veklich Losiny, spa Losiny, paper mill and museum paper Losiny. Campus Health Losiny. There Muette also find mini golf and fishing. The other and more distant attractions can visit the indoor pool at the hotel Červenohorské saddle, try sightseeing flights, grandfathers to visit a children's museum in Bludov, Veteran Museum and Zoo Park Rapotín.
