“Komunikace, lokalita (i přes to že je to u vcelku rušné silnice je zde klid. I okolní místnosti jsou odhlučněné.) poměr cena/výkon. Tepelný komfort ale i tak by to chtělo si vzít pantofle už jen pro trošku kluzkou podlahu. 😄)”
