In 2025, we completed the construction of our apartment house – a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Our apartments are designed as studios, meaning the bedroom, living area and kitchenette are all in one open space. The house consists of three identical ground-floor units, each with a private entrance and bathroom facilities. Every piece of furniture, every detail, and even every cup of coffee on the terrace exists because we wanted to create a space that reflects everything we love. The apartments embody respect for nature and an emphasis on comfort. Whether you come for skiing, hiking, or simply to spend time together – you’ll enjoy it here.

A Space for Two We are not a family-style accommodation. Everything here has been designed for you to enjoy a peaceful and private stay for two. However, if you wish to come with friends, there are three studio apartments available. Spend the day actively with your friends, and when you return, enjoy calm relaxation together.

The Jeseníky Mountains – Close to Adventure, Far from the Noise Ski slopes, hiking trails, mountain peaks to conquer, good coffee and dishes made from local ingredients are all within easy reach. Yet in the evening, your own terrace, the stars, and complete peace and quiet await you.
