Apartments Svítkov 79 are located in the outskirts of Pardubice - Svítkov, which is about 5 km from the city center. You can walk to the city in 30 minutes or there is a public transport stop 50m from the apartment and there are three bus lines 8, 15 and 88. The apartments are located by the main road in the direction of Pardubice - Přelouč. Increased caution is therefore required when entering and leaving the house. Access to the apartment is through the house with dimensions width 2.5m x height 2.55m. That's why don't forget it when entering with bikes on the roof :-). There is private and free parking for guests at the back. The apartments are modern and tastefully furnished. They are fully equipped even for a longer stay. They are mostly located on the ground floor and in the back of the house, they all provide our clients with enough peace and privacy. All apartments have a common entrance, a courtyard part of the house with a paved area with interlocking paving and a private parking lot. Unfortunately, you will not find a garden here, there is no space for it. However, if you want to go for a ride or a walk in nature, there is a cycle path in the direction of Staré Čívice 100m from the house, where you will find peace and quiet. For cyclists, we have a lockable room for bikes or a stroller. In the apartments there is !! strict no smoking!!, in case of violation of this condition, the accommodation will be terminated immediately and without compensation!!! We also do not support frequent visits by guests in our apartments!! Private parking is reserved for one vehicle per apartment. If more parking spaces are needed, it is necessary to call and arrange whether this will be possible.
