“Krásný, vkusně zařízený apartmán. Jediný co bohužel ale majitele neovlivní je , ta rušná silnice vedle.. Velký hluk i v noci ,tím pádem kdo je citlivější na spaní tak tohle bohužel není pro něho. Ale ubytování nádherné,byli jsme příjemné překvapení.”

VILA LUCIA Lusthaus se Zahradou Bratří Tuschnerů Klasicistní budova letohrádku postavená před rokem 1800 významnými plzeňskými soukenickými podnikateli, stojí na obdélném půdorysu a kryje ji výrazná mansardová střecha. Obytný dům se nacházel v rozsáhlé zahradě, která se rozprostírala od dnešní Lochotínské ulice až k ulici Na Poříčí, založené při řece Mži. Zahrada obsahovala vodotrysky, sochařskou výzdobu (bohyně Ceres a Pomona) a objekt se zrcadlovou síní. Tušnerovský městský dům, též známý jako Tuschnerova vila, je spojen s významným plzeňským rodem Tuschnerů, zahrnujícím jména jako Emanuel, Filip, František Daniel, Jan, Josef a Karel. Habsburská princezna Marie Alžběta na útěku před válečným nebezpečím se na čas přistěhovala do Plzně dne 21. dubna 1797 a přijetí měšťany považovala za velkou poctu, bydlela v předměstské vile Jana Tuschnera v pozdější Keřové ulici
