The property is a separate lockable apartment on the ground floor of the family semi-detached house. The flat itself has 3 rooms - 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, 1 kitchen with dining table set and 1 living room with 2 sofas where 1 of them can be disassembled easily and serves as another bed for 2 persons. There's also a nice terrace available for our guests. Guests have access to all rooms in the apartment including terrace with garden view. All furniture in the apartment can be used by guests. Garden can be used upon host's agreement. Hosts live on the higher floor of the house.

We are a married couple turning 60 this year (2016). We have been living in Krnov since we were born here. We love traveling through Europe, relax in our garden and walks in the hilly forest we have just a few minutes away from our house.

The property is located in the Krnov's suburb called Kostelec where there are mostly semi-detached houses and villas. It's located at the foot of the hill. Jeseniky mountains starts exactly there. Nice forest with tens of kms of nice trails both for walking, running and biking is located just 10 mins walking up the hill. Running lovers can start each day with 7.5 kms long jogging trail in the forest that's simply amazing. It starts at the hilltop up to 10 mins from the house. There's wonderful outlook from the hilltop. Our property is located 8 mins walking from main railway station in Krnov. Fast trains to Ostrava and Olomouc with connections to Prague departs every 2 hours from the railway station. Bus stop of the city public transport is 3 mins away from the property. Buses going to the city center and the opposite site of the city goes in 20-30 mins interval in rush hours, 50 mins in the rest of the day. During weekends it goes 10 times per day. City center is available also on foot. It's 20 - 25 mins of walking to get there. There's no problem to park your car on the street just in front of the house. It's possible to have there easily 2 cars.
