Apartment Soukenicka 44 is located in a Gothic building in the pedestrian zone in the center of Cesky Krumlov. The house is a listed cultural monument. All apartments are spacious and fully equipped. Our pride is the Duplex Apartment which is located in a remodeled attic nestled beneath a partially reconstructed renaissance roof over 500 years old, which contributes to its unique interior. It also provides magnificent views of the town. On the ground floor you will find a cozy café where breakfast is also served.
When you arrive, you will be welcomed in the café "IN VIVO" in the ground floor by the owner or by the staff of the café. Please note that you cannot drive to the house that is in the center of the pedestrian zone between 10:00 and 16:00. It is better to park on some of the close public parking lots and come on foot. We have discounted parking cards for the public parking lots ready for you.
