Cosy and light attic 110m2 with a veranda and parking space, situated in a residential area, 5 minutes walk to city center. You'll find here peace and quiet. Most suitable for families and couples. Parking: There is a dimension limit of cars that are able to go in . Because the entry is not wide and high enough for a van. Normal passenger cars are ok. Max car size should be something like Peugeot 5008, Ford Kuga. Rules: - non-smoking apartment - not suitable for pets - parties not allowed - decency, cleanliness required Arrival is whenever after 14:00. Departure is until 11 am.

I love the wind, the sun, the sea and windsurfing.

There are a lot of petrol stations around. 2 supermarkets are 5 minutes walk or 1 minute drive. They usually stay open during weekends until 20:00. But local shops in the city center are open until midday on Saturday and closed on Sunday. But not restaurants and bars, they are open all the time.
