After almost 5 years of experience in the operation of the apartments, we decided to move our business closer to the center of Pilsen and offer our guests the possibility of parking in our own secure parking lot. Our experienced colleagues will be happy to advise you what to do in Pilsen, where to go for good food or just a good draft Pilsen.

Property info

We offer you accommodation in modern apartments inspired by the avant-garde art period, where you will spend a relaxing weekend, vacation or business stay. All apartments are on same floor with a common entrance hallway and elevator. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a chilled Pilsner lager in the apartment or a cup of good coffee. Our apartments are popular for families with children and therefore (and with respect to other guests) we absolutely do not accept any party or noisy or other inappropriate behaviour on the apartments!

Neighborhood info

Avantgarde apartments are in the very center of Pilsen. Within walking distance to historical monuments (main square, Jewish synagogue, ...), renowned restaurants (U Salzmannů, Na Parkánu, ...) but also to shopping (Plzeň Plaza, shops and shops in the center, ...). If you are looking for fun (not only) for children, then we recommend the Techmania Science Center - about 10 minutes walk or the amazing Pilsen Zoo with DinoPark, which can be reached by bus in 6 minutes!
