A beautiful, modern and barrier-free apartment with a terrace of 74 m2 is located in the Riviera Lipno area, close to the Lipno beach and cycle path (150m) and walking distance (350m) to the center with promenades, restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and will be appreciated especially by families with children and lovers of comfort and romance. In the spacious 35m2 living room you will find two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a large dining table, the adjoining kitchen is equipped with everything for comfortable cooking and dining. Of course, there is a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a combination oven with a microwave, a glass-ceramic hob, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. In the living room, two sofas can be unfolded to create comfortable extra beds for 2 people. The separate bedroom has a double bed, spacious wardrobes offer plenty of storage space. The bedroom has windows oriented to the northeast and thus offers a pleasant climate on hot summer days. There is space in the bedroom for placing a child's travel cot. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower and washing machine. The toilet is separate. The apartment has WiFi internet connection and 2x TV with satellite programs. The apartment has a lockable cellar cubicle in the basement for storing bikes, skis and other equipment. Parking is free, behind a barrier directly in front of the house.

Park Riviera Lipno is an ideal choice for your stay in Lipno. In the summer, your children can use several playgrounds, and in colder weather, for example, Aquapark Lipno, the Hopsarium or a visit to the Lipno Butterfly Garden. In the village of Lipno nad Vltavou there are several rental shops and sporting goods stores where you can rent bicycles, in-line skates, strollers for children, etc. The accommodation is suitable for both smaller and larger families in the center of the beautiful Šumava countryside by the Lipno beach and cycle path and with a wonderful view of the water surface.
