Younger guests may stay only when accompanied by an adult. ● Before arrival, you are required to fill in your personal details through the Alfred application. These details must match the information stated in your ID card, passport, or other valid identification document. If the information is not completed or does not match the document, we are unable to accommodate you. ● The personal data you provide is used solely to process your reservation and to meet legal obligations. Some of this information is shared with services that handle these processes (eg, our reservation system or, in the case of foreign guests, the relevant authority). ● For selected reservations, we reserve the right to request a refundable security deposit for the stay (for example, for one-night stays or reservations made on the day of arrival). ● Only guests listed in the reservation may access the apartment. Unauthorised use of the apartment may result in a fee. ● Parties and celebrations are not permitted, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours. ● Professional photography or filming intended for business, advertising, or any other commercial purposes is not allowed without prior agreement.
