The hotel and its business facilities have their original character preserved. The original doors of the rooms are from the 20s of the last century (20th century). There are plenty of attractions, such as that the hotel was already air-conditioned in the 30s of the last century, for this matter is in the cellars of the hotel a room called Ice cellar - a room whose walls are insulated by a thick layer of cork, so theice that is "collected" from the local Ostravice River, lasted throughout the year. If necessarry, the ice was put in front of the ventilators to generate cooled air.
