Glocal Consulting, s.r.o. was founded in June 1999 and is based in Prague. As part of its activities, it operates two accommodation facilities in Rabštejn nad Střelou – Tauhaus and Bytovka1962. Guided by a personal approach and attention to detail, the Tauhaus & Bytovka1962 team offers its guests not only accommodation, but above all an authentic experience in nature. A quiet location in a secluded area, ideal for relaxation and inspiration, comfortable apartments with private facilities and the possibility of renting the entire property, as well as friendly and helpful communication that begins even before your arrival – these are the cornerstones on which the team builds and ensures that every guest has everything they need – from clean linen and towels to information about the surrounding area. Emphasis is placed on the independence of guests, but help is always available if needed.

The accommodation consists of four separate apartments with a total capacity of up to 8-11 people. Each apartment has its own bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom with a double bed, while three of them also have a dining area and a futon bed in the bedroom. The apartments are functionally and comfortably furnished, with an emphasis on privacy and a homely atmosphere. Guests also have access to a common room in the basement of the house with a fully equipped kitchen, a lockable garage for bicycles, and a laundry room with a practical washing machine and dryer.

Rabštejn nad Střelou is a picturesque historic town set in the deep valley of the Střela River, surrounded by forests and the Horní Střela Nature Park. This location is known for its peaceful atmosphere, romantic corners, and rich history – you will find castle ruins, a Baroque chateau, a stone bridge, and a Jewish cemetery here. Thanks to its location on the border of several regions, it is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, and trips to cultural and historical sites. Rabštejn is known as the smallest town in the Czech Republic, which gives it a unique charm and character.
