Rules of Stay 🏠 Accommodations • Only the guests listed in the reservation may use the property. • Parties or events are not permitted without the owner’s consent. • Always lock the house and close the windows when you leave. • Pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the host. • Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest (unless otherwise agreed). • Smoking is prohibited indoors. 🌙 Quiet Hours • Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. • Please be considerate of neighbors and local residents. 🏊 Pool • Use of the pool is at your own risk. • Children may only be near the pool under adult supervision. • Do not enter the pool while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. • Do not bring glass containers into the pool area. 🔥 Safety • Open flames are prohibited throughout the property except in designated areas. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment and property and are required to report it immediately. • In case of an emergency, contact the owner. ♻️ Cleanliness • Keep the house and garden tidy. • Sort trash into the provided bins. • Conserve water and electricity. 🚪 Upon Departure • Turn off lights and appliances. • Wash used dishes. • Close the windows and lock the property. In the event of a disturbance of the peace at night, hosting parties, or repeated or serious violations of the house rules—particularly based on a justified complaint from neighbors or intervention by the Czech Police—the operator is entitled to immediately terminate your stay without any entitlement to a refund of the accommodation fee. This does not affect the right to compensation for any resulting damages. By making a reservation, the guest confirms that he or she has read these house rules and agrees to abide by them throughout the entire stay.
