Stunning mountain views! Beautiful spaces!
The mezzanine living room has two glass walls, showcasing the garden and mountains. The garden reaches the forest—nothing will disturb you, just nature all around.
This century-old cottage has been enhanced with a few architectural touches and an extra comfortable, clean interior.
In the village below, you’ll find three charming restaurants, a train for trips, and a large playground for all ages. You’ll love Loučná!
In the former barn space, you’ll find a spacious living area with a sofa, dining area, and kitchenette.
The ground floor also includes a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.
The second bedroom is upstairs, equipped with four stackable single beds, so unused beds won’t take up extra space. There’s also a cozy armchair for reading.
Three years ago, we began renovating this centuries-old house, and now we’re excited that it will serve not only us but also our guests. Visitors are always amazed by this beautiful place—hopefully, you will be too! :)

Loučná nad Desnou is a beautiful village surrounded by mountains, still untouched by mass tourism. Yet, its amenities are impressive. You’ll find three charming restaurants (Na faře, Biograf, Heik), a well-stocked shop that has almost everything, and a large recreational area with various playgrounds and attractions: giant jumping bubbles, a scooter track, a big wooden castle and ship, a water play area, mini golf, a fish-filled pond, and even a cozy café.
A ten-minute walk from the cottage is a train station with hourly departures. I highly recommend a trip to Velké Losiny to visit Velkolosinské Pralinky, or heading to Kouty and taking the cable car up to Dlouhé stráně.
