On the first floor there are two more spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen with a sitting area.

Malá Úpa is a unique place for followers of an active lifestyle and your stay is an extraordinary opportunity, because in the mountain village of Malá Úpa you will enjoy a stay in nature with breathtaking views, just a few steps from the highest mountain of the Czech Republic. Malá Úpa lies in the KRNAP quiet zone, at an altitude of 780 m to 1,050 m, and therefore has some specific rules. Parking in front of the cottage is allowed for 2 passenger vehicles and only from April to November. From December to March, a temporary parking lot is available at P4 Spálený Mlýn - parking lot in Dolní Malá Úpa. The parking lot is 2 km from the cottage. We will take you to the cottage from the parking lot on arrival and departure in the price of accommodation by snowmobile. The cottage is only 250 meters from the Malá Úpa ski area (you can go straight to the ski area and back to the property on skis), groomed cross-country trails and cycle paths also pass directly in front of the cottage (access to the cross-country trail immediately from the door).
