And adults won’t be bored either — from the window, warmed by the glowing fireplace stove, with a glass of wine or mulled wine in hand, you can admire the pure nature all around you… Just like something out of a fairytale!

For skiing: Černý Důl, Janské Lázně, Pec pod Sněžkou, Špindlerův Mlýn, Vítkovice… Do you have just one favorite ski resort, or would you like to alternate between them? No problem! The nearest slopes in Černý Důl are just a 5-minute drive away, Hofmanky is 8 minutes by car, and the cable car to Černá hora in Janské Lázně is only 10 minutes away. The more distant resorts are about a 30-minute drive. Whether you prefer downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, or ski touring, everything is within easy reach from our place. ⸻ For cycling: The most beautiful panoramic views from your bike saddle are offered by the St. Barbara Educational Trail, which runs around Černý Důl. ⸻ Around the quarry: The educational trail around the Černý Důl quarry is 4 km long and suitable for children as well. ⸻ Panoramas: From the Panorama lookout tower, you can enjoy breathtaking views in every direction — over the Krkonoše Mountains and Sněžka, the Jeseníky, the Orlické hory, the Českomoravská vrchovina, and even into Poland. ⸻ Adrenaline: The Treetop Walk and a giant toboggan slide! Near Janské Lázně, you can see trees that are 150 years old, including their exposed root systems. From the tower, you can enjoy an exciting 50-meter-long toboggan slide back down.
