However, we decided to wait until 2026 to list our properties on booking platforms. We manage four modern cottages in the picturesque village of Prkenný Důl near Žacléř, with a total capacity of up to 60 beds—the ideal choice for families, groups of friends, and corporate teams. Our four stylish cottages are designed to provide guests with maximum privacy and comfort, whether they’re traveling with the whole family or as a larger group of friends. Ideal for families: We know what parents need, which is why we’ve equipped our cottages with everything essential for traveling with children—from play areas and cribs to high chairs and baby bathtubs. Plus, kids will enjoy the outdoor playground right on the property. Maximum privacy and space: Each cottage offers three separate apartments, allowing groups to spend time together in spacious common areas while still having the option to retreat to the privacy of their own apartment at any time. Modern amenities: Each cottage features two fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, giving you the freedom to prepare your own meals. Relaxation: For moments of deep relaxation, you can use the infrared sauna (available in select cottages). One of the cottages features a newly installed outdoor hot tub with a capacity of 8 people (for an additional fee). If you’re interested in any of these services, please contact us in advance. Other cottages feature a newly built outdoor solar shower for summer refreshment. An Active Vacation Within Reach: The location in Prkenný Důl is a great starting point for summer hiking and winter skiing. In the immediate vicinity, you can also take advantage of sports facilities featuring tennis courts, beach volleyball, a soccer field, and other activities that will enrich your stay in every season. There are four ski resorts in the area where you can enjoy winter fun. We also welcome your four-legged friends. Mladé Buky Sports Complex: This modern complex is about a 15–20-minute drive from us. It offers a wide range of slopes, from the easiest to more challenging runs, extensive facilities for children, and night skiing.
