On the ground floor, there is a common living area featuring a lounge, a dining area, and a fully and comfortably equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and sandwich maker. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Next to the common area, there is a room that can be used as a playroom for children. The final room on the ground floor is a relaxation room with a Finnish sauna. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms in total: two double rooms with a king-size bed and two quadruple rooms. Each quadruple room features a king-size bed and a double sleeping loft. There is also a second bathroom upstairs equipped with a bathtub and a toilet.

Filipovice is located in a protected landscape area surrounded by beautiful meadows and dense forests. Some of these meadows have been designated as a nature reserve, featuring peat bogs and species-rich mesophilic grasslands that provide habitat for endangered amphibians. The surrounding area is interwoven with a dense network of marked hiking and cycling trails. Popular cycling routes lead from Červenohorské Sedlo to Videlské Sedlo and along the Orlík ridge to Rejvíz. Adventurous visitors can also cycle up to Obří Skály above Ramzová or follow the scenic valley of the Keprnický Stream to Šerák. These routes offer breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, making the area ideal for both active holidays and peaceful nature escapes.
