Charming cavalier and hero, newly renovated house with two apartments for rent on the border of Rychlebské hory and Hrubý Jeseník in Lipová-lázní. The larger apartment, we call it Madame Marie, is for up to 6 people. It is more suitable for a stay with children, they will enjoy the rope net in the mezzanine and the swing on the ground floor. Watch out, adults love the swing too! It overlooks the garden and the hills of the Rychleby Mountains. The second cosy apartment is for a maximum of 4 people. There is a double bed in the maisonette and a sofa bed on the ground floor. If you look into the distance, you can see the Sherak. You can go straight to Šerák from us, both on the hill and for a beer.
As a young couple, we bought a house and as a growing family, after a few years, we are renting out two completed apartments. The renovation was not without a lot of demolition and re-building. The garden is gradually being built up as materials are moved. Our goal was to renovate so that we would not have to make any major interventions in the future. We kept what we could of the original structure and tried to sensitively add the rest. Only you can judge for yourselves how we managed to do that. And we are grateful for your feedback.
Our house is in the center of the village, it will be welcomed by those who do not want to take a car on every trip. There is a bus stop right next to us and a train around the corner. On foot, with a beautiful walk, you can reach the Priessnitz baths. The newly flourishing Schroth baths in Lipová are definitely worth a walk, and there is also a beautiful playground for children. In the winter, skiers can go to the local hill Lázeňský hill or to the Miroslav ski area (from here, if there is enough snow, you can drive all the way to us). More experienced skiers can enjoy the Červenohorské ski area. Children will enjoy the beautiful Jonas ski area in Ostružna with a dedicated hill just for them. There are plenty of excursions to plan here, enjoyed by hikers, sportsmen and spa-lovers alike.
