KROK is a newly renovated and completed project in 2023 (June). Chata KROK is also unique in its concept. Chata KROK focuses on and offers accommodation for larger groups of friends or athletes, it is an ideal place for large family or several families. Chata KROK accommodates up to 36 people in 15 rooms (double and triple) on two above-ground floors. Each room is independently accessible and has its own bathroom/social facilities and provides enough privacy. Selected rooms have a balcony or lake view. For such a large group, of course, there is a common area on the ground floor of the house, where there is a large common room with a large TV and also an entrance to a large terrace with a garden, and there are also two fully equipped kitchens (2 dishwashers, American fridge, drinks fridge, washing machine with dryer), storage space, bathroom, small dressing room and there is also an inside playroom for your children on the 2nd floor. The outdoor social area offers a large seating area under a covered pergola with a view of the lake, where you can spend time even when it is very hot or raining. An outdoor kitchen or sunbeds are also available. In the garden, right next to the terrace, there is a workout and outside kids playground . It also includes access to an outdoor lockable area for storing bicycles. KROK also offers 2 completely separate apartments, which have a separate entrance, their own terrace and facilities. The apartments are fully furnished and intended for short-term accommodation. It offers a family atmosphere with private parking right in front of the apartments, each apartment has access to the terrace. The apartments have 2 bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave and a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a shower. The apartments can use the common facilities incl. washing machine and dryer. WIFI included, Keyless system.

KROK is located on the shore of Lake Lipno (the "South Bohemian Sea"), directly on the new cycle path leading around the lake in Horní Planá. Krok (which means "step" in english), because everything is within walking distance and its location makes Krok special. Krok is located in the village of Horní Planá, which is the largest town in Lipno by size, and you will find basic amenities here, including several shops, a pharmacy, a health center and a gas station. There are also a number of restaurants/bisters/cafés (from Hejlík's Gastromap). KROK is located in the southern part of the village directly on the newly built cycle path, which is easy even for the smallest children. Its location not far from the ferry or train stop allows you to explore even more distant places in Lipno and Šumava without having to travel by car.
