We are one of the most preferred resorts in the Lipno area, and we truly care about making every guest feel welcome and comfortable. Our team enjoys taking care of our guests and helping them make the most of their stay – whether it’s recommending local activities, sharing tips for trips, or simply ensuring everything runs smoothly. We believe that a great holiday is about both relaxation and experiences, and we are always happy to help create a memorable stay for you.

Property info

Our location is right in the heart of everything, yet still very private. The resort consists of five buildings situated next to each other. Each apartment has a separate entrance facing the parking area, while the terrace or balcony offers a beautiful view of the spacious park, where you will also find our outdoor swimming pool, a children’s playground, and our tennis court. On one side of our resort, you’ll find the promenade street with shops and restaurants, while on the other side there is the ski lift and ski resort, supermarket Coop open 24/7, infocentrum and more. Below the resort lies the beautiful Lipno lake, and above it stretches a peaceful forest.

Lipno nad Vltavou is the heart of the Lipno region, offering everything you need for an active and/or relaxing stay as a couple or as a family with children. You’ll find a wide range of activities here, including the Lipno Lake - offering various water sports and activities as well as a relaxing day in the sun, swimming pools, a ski resort, a bobsleigh track, the popular Treetop Walkway and Forest Kingdom and much more. There are also cycling and inline trails, a sports hall, wellness facilities, children’s playgrounds, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature as well as local cultural events.
