The apartment Nad Soutokem is located in Chlum near Volary in a modern newly built house in a quiet area with proximity to the forest. It is situated on the ground floor and features its own terrace, with south-facing windows that make the interior bright and pleasant. The apartment offers comfortable facilities for your stay and a perfect place to relax after a day spent exploring the beautiful Šumava countryside. The terrace is an ideal spot for your morning coffee or a peaceful evening in a blanket after your return from walks and trips.
We live and work not far from this beautiful corner of the Šumava region, a place that has truly captured our hearts. That is why we decided to offer our apartment to others and give our guests the opportunity to discover and enjoy this special area. We furnished the apartment the way we would like it ourselves if we were spending our holiday here – as a comfortable and welcoming place to relax after a day spent exploring the surrounding Šumava nature. I personally take care of the apartment, its equipment, cleanliness and communication with our guests. Whenever needed, my husband Ondra is happy to help as well. We are also glad to recommend some of our favourite places and trips in the area.
The apartment is located in a beautiful area of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area, close to Šumava National Park. The surrounding countryside offers excellent opportunities for both active holidays and peaceful relaxation in nature. Hiking and cycling trails start nearby, and the surrounding forests invite you to enjoy pleasant walks as well as longer trips through the Šumava landscape. It is an ideal place for anyone looking for peace, nature and a chance to slow down and truly relax. Upon request, we can also arrange a scenic flight over the Šumava region and its stunning landscape.
