The living area with a sofa also features quality sound system, air conditioning for hot summer days, and a cozy wood-burning stove perfect for romantic evenings. The dining table comfortably seats 4 guests, while the sofa bed can accommodate the 3rd and 4th guest. The bedroom offers a comfortable 160 × 200 cm memory foam bed, a TV, and spacious built-in wardrobes for all your belongings. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet, ideal after exploring the nearby hills and nature. Heated floors provide extra comfort during colder days, and towels are included. The 550 m² garden provides plenty of privacy and green space to relax. You will find several outdoor seating areas perfect for morning coffee, afternoon rest, or peaceful evenings. The terrace directly connects to the living area and creates a seamless indoor-outdoor atmosphere. There is also a quiet hidden corner with a bench for uninterrupted relaxation. The property also features a swimming pool with a diameter of 5 meters and a depth of 1.2 meters, suitable for the whole family. The pool is available from June 1st to August 31st. Nearby, you can relax on sun loungers partially shaded by a sun sail. For outdoor dining lovers, there is also a grill and a fire pit for cozy evenings outside.
