Entire apartment near the city centre with panoramic views 🌇 A brand-new apartment close to the city centre, offering panoramic views of Brno in a quiet residential area. The location is very peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to the river. There are no parking restrictions, and a nearby bus will take you to the city centre in just 5 minutes – or you can enjoy a pleasant 15-minute walk. The apartment features air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, fast Wi-Fi, a large dining table, and a work desk with a comfortable chair – perfect for remote work. You can also order a homemade breakfast from us, and as locals, we’ll be happy to share our best insider tips. The space Our apartment is located on the top (4th) floor of a residential building – that’s where the view comes from! Please note there is no elevator, but consider it a bit of exercise – our 80-year-old neighbour walks the stairs several times a day 😉 The apartment includes: Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (2 guests) Bedroom 2: two single beds (2 guests) Living room: one sofa bed (2 guests) Kitchen: fully equipped Dining area: seats up to 6 people Main bathroom: shower, washing machine, and toilet Additional toilet with sink Please note that the kitchen, dining area, and living room share one large open space (as shown in the photos). Sleeping on the sofa bed means a bit less privacy, but it’s very comfortable and perfectly suitable for two people. Guest access We’ll hand over the keys personally or leave them in a lockbox – whichever you prefer.

Brno-Černovice is a peaceful residential area located just a few minutes from the city centre. It’s the perfect balance between convenience and calm - close enough to easily reach all the main attractions, yet far enough to enjoy quiet mornings and relaxing evenings. Guests love the nearby cycling path and walking trails along the river, as well as the forest park that’s great for a jog, picnic, or short escape into nature. You’ll also find local bakeries, small cafés, and shops within walking distance. Public transport connections are excellent – a short bus ride takes you right to the city centre in about 8 minutes. It’s a great base for exploring Brno while enjoying a more peaceful local atmosphere.
