It used to be rented out as a whole object, but now my family lives there. I can offer two rooms in the attic with a balcony and kitchen. Each of these 2 rooms has its own bathroom, which is part of the room. You can check the floor plans in the photo gallery. On the plans, they are rooms 4 and 5. The size of the double mattresses is 200x160 cm, and the single beds for children are 188x78 cm. Each room has a TV, but regular channels do not work, only YouTube and Netflix. The kitchen is shared for both rooms and is very well-equipped, with a sofa bed measuring 180x120 cm that can be used. Everything is located on one floor and guarantees complete privacy. The hallway, staircase, room for bikes/skis, and washer/dryer are shared with the owners. I always strive to provide guests with maximum comfort, tranquility, and cleanliness. You can reach the center of Vrchlabí in a 10-minute walk from the house. The house is situated on a hill, offering a beautiful view of the historical part of Vrchlabí and the Kněžický Vrch ski slope, which is about a 5-minute drive from the house. There is a private large garden with a playground for both small and big kids, a grill, a fire pit, a pool, and an in-ground trampoline. There is privacy, tranquility, and ample parking space. Behind the house, there is a forest and a meadow where sheep graze in the summer. The owners live directly in the house. Thank you for your reservations :-)

A sports-oriented family of a teacher and a technician. We love to travel and explore, often booking various accommodations ourselves and drawing inspiration from them. We aim for sustainability, simplicity, space, and cleanliness. We love children and enjoy coming up with various physical activities and play elements for them in the garden; currently, the latest addition is a basketball hoop on the terrace in front of the house.

An ideal combination of nature and city accessibility. When taking a walk, don't miss the House at the 7 Peaks, a café connected to a small museum. From the square, you can visit the castle, currently serving as the town hall. The castle park with the monastery garden is a great place to relax. Within a 15-minute drive, there are several ski resorts - Kněžický Vrch, Herlíkovice-Bubákov, Strážné, Benecko, and Špindlerův Mlýn. You can swim at the local Aquapark Vrchlabí or Aquapark Špindlerův Mlýn, or alternatively, in Volareza Bedřichov. Outdoor swimming is provided by the biotope Vejsplachy or, for the adventurous, the Elbe River.
