Accommodation information (check-in) Check-in is available from Monday to Sunday between 15:00 and 20:00, when reception is open. Between 20:00 and 24:00, you can check in even when reception is closed. Please contact us by telephone if necessary. Bicycles are not permitted inside the guesthouse. We do not provide bicycle storage. Once you have booked your accommodation via booking, you will receive a text message with arrival details. In the event of any complications, please call the telephone number provided in your booking confirmation, in the text message you received, or on the guesthouse door. Check-in at any time To allow you to check in at any time of the day or night, we will send you the access code for the guesthouse entrance and your room. Before arrival, you must complete the accommodation form or send a copy of your ID (both sides of your national ID card or passport). We require the guest’s details – name, address and ID number – to comply with our legal obligation to verify identity. You can send a copy of your ID via text message or email. Each guest must complete their own accommodation form or send their own identity document. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate you without this information. Data Protection Only the owners have access to the guesthouse’s email account. Once the details have been entered into the accommodation system, the copies of documents and personal data sent to us will be deleted. By sending your documents, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.
