Greetings! We are a family-run business operating Penzion NAROZI Lipno, the NAROZI Lipno Holiday House, and the NAROZI Lipno Garden Restaurant. The guesthouse underwent a complete renovation in 2024/2025, and the holiday house is a newly built property in operation since spring 2025. Our goal is to provide our guests with the very best and to take care of their comfort. We do not stand still but continue to grow, focusing especially on expanding the range of services offered to our guests. At the same time, we are proud to maintain the spirit of a “family business” and handle all operations ourselves.

We are opening in June 2025! PENSION NAROZI Lipno is a family-run guesthouse, fully renovated in 2024/2025. Located on the shores of Lipno Lake, it is ideal for family holidays, relaxation, sports or fishing. The pension is surrounded by new cycling paths, with a large private parking area and secure bicycle storage. Accommodation is in tastefully furnished rooms with private bathrooms and kitchenettes (except triple rooms). Rooms include flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. Total capacity: 30 beds in double, triple and quadruple rooms. The pension features a spacious garden with sun loungers, a large covered pool, and a playground with slide, swings and sandpit. Outdoor facilities include a garden grill, fire pit, table tennis, darts and badminton. The on-site outdoor restaurant is open daily during the summer season from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Breakfast can be ordered additionally, only during the following periods: 30 April – 25 June, 30 August – 1 November. Enhance your stay with a private outdoor barrel sauna at the Holiday House NAROZI Lipno, for up to 6 people. All areas are non-smoking. Accommodation with a small dog is possible by prior arrangement, CZK 1,200 per stay. Please bring a dog bed; dogs are not allowed on the bed. The price excludes the local tax of CZK 40 per person/day, payable in cash on arrival. Exempt: ZTP/P cardholders, children under 18, and others according to the municipal ordinance valid from 1 January 2023.

Pension NAROZI Lipno is located in Černá v Pošumaví, a village where the Lipno Reservoir is at its widest. Thanks to this, it is an ideal place for water sports, and the local yacht club boasts a long tradition. The pension is situated just 200 metres from the shores of Lipno Lake, offering natural beaches, swimming opportunities and an ideal spot for fishing. Nearby, you will also find a maintained sandy beach in a Caribbean style with bars, a volleyball court and a children’s playground. Several cycling routes run through the surrounding area, and thanks to the gentle terrain, cycling around the Lipno region is especially popular. You can visit many interesting natural, cultural and historical attractions, such as the Treetop Walkway, the Forest Kingdom adventure park, the Schwarzenberg Canal, Plešné Lake, Mount Kleť, Rožmberk Castle, Vítkův hrádek Castle, and last but not least the most admired destination – Český Krumlov, with its castle, castle gardens, revolving auditorium, graphite mine, wax museum and many more attractions. You will also enjoy great experiences on the Lipno bobsleigh track, a boat cruise on the lake, or a ride on a historic steam locomotive. There are simply so many beautiful places in the Lipno region that one stay will not be enough to see them all. Many of our guests return to the area repeatedly and always find something new to discover.
