Beautifully renovated attic space with a high ceiling and mezzanine. The living space is reconstructed from a former hay storage. You can enjoy the exposed original roof beams, high ceiling and thanks to several roof windows, the space is light and airy. You can find here a double bed, kitchenette, dining space, spacious lounge and fireplace. There is a space which sleeps an additional 2 people in the mezzanine. Out on the balcony there is a view and an entrance to a large private garden and pool. You can find a jacuzzi bath in our bathroom for a perfect evening of relaxation. Additionally, in the enclosed courtyard is a barbecue and a fire pit.
We are a five member family with three children who have moved to the Czech Republic three years ago. We have renovated this small farmhouse so we can enjoy beautiful Czech weather and kind people. We are an art focused family. I enjoy painting and all arts and crafts a lot and my husband is a music producer. Beside us, our home is shared by two cuddly dogs who are great with children and you can also meet a hopping rabbit time to time. The atmosphere is very calm and happy. We are truly looking forward to your visit!
There is a sport court, new large children's playground and an outdoor gym in our village. You can also find a local pub and two lanes of 9-pin bowling here. Instead of our swimming pool, you may cool down in a pond with a little pier and seating area. We are a great base for very nice trips to a surrounding towns and countryside. Popular destinations nearby are Telč, Dačice or Slavonice, which is a part of the stunning Czech Canada. During the summer there is a rich cultural programme in these places. We are surrounded by a very nice countryside which can be enjoyed on foot or on a bike. I can provide more information over the phone or while you are here.
