Private holiday house for up to 8 people, connected to nature, with the view of the pond and breathtaking sunsets ☀️ There are four rooms available: Bedroom 1: 1 extra-large double bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds Bedroom 3: 2 sofa beds Bedroom 4: 2 sofa beds You are welcome with your kids. The holiday house is paneled with wood including the large relaxing terrace at the house and also the balcony on the first floor. All rooms have a view to the garden. Two large and fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms with a bathtub and a shower, two large rooms for common gatherings and a pleasant space scented with wood. On the ground floor of the house there is a wood-burning stove and the entire lower space is connected by large French doors leading to a large terrace with seating. The house has two classic bedrooms with high-quality beds and mattresses and also two living rooms with large sleeping sofa beds, where two adults can rest very comfortably. The house stands on a large yard full of greenery and has a private free parking lot for several cars. The holiday house is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided. There are also two portable fans in the house for your use. We offer free Wi-Fi for our guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen on each floor of the house, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine (Original capsules).

The village of Příchvoj is a friendly place with about 60 houses and cottages, where people cultivate mutual relationships. Occasionally, they also organize various traditional festivals for the public on the municipal playground, where children can enjoy themselves and where guests are welcome. In the middle of the village Příchvoj there is a historic chapel, where locals ring the municipal bell by hand every Sunday at 12 noon. The village also has a unique air rifle museum, which is the only one in Europe. All civic amenities, shops, restaurants, a café, a pastry shop are near Příchvoj in the neighboring town of Sobotka (7 km from the accommodation), where various social events, markets and festivals are held throughout the year. Another town near Příchvoj is Jičín (12 km), where there are full civic amenities and all kinds of activities, including an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, cinema, concerts, pilgrimages and festivals. Jičín is also a so-called fairy-tale town, where you can find everything interesting about the legendary story about Rumcajs, Manka and Cipísek. Various family and other festivals, pilgrimages and cultural events are held here.
