The apartments in Rezidenci Lyžařská are the most sought-after apartments due to their location. Everything is like new, after a total reconstruction, it was completed in 1/2024 and is located in Janské Lázně. They provide free Wi-Fi, free private parking, have a great location, ski resorts are 2 minutes away by ski lift, hiking trails right behind the house. Each apartment also has a cellar, which can fit several pairs of skis, bicycles, etc.
Apartment No. 1 (apartment with two bedrooms) is for up to 8 people, 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and a large spacious kitchen with a living room. 2 private parking spaces are available for this apartment.
Apartment No. 4 (two-story apartment) is for up to 5 people (suitable for a maximum of 4 adults). It is a beautiful spacious studio with a kitchen and living room, which is separated by stairs from the bedroom and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a large double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed (145x200cm) and from the bedroom you can climb up the ladder to the floor where there is a mattress 120x200cm.
The apartments are equipped with a large smart TV, a bathroom with a large shower with tropical rain, a large fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for several people. There is also a coffee machine and a kettle. A cot is available on request.
