To ensure a smooth and carefree experience, we kindly ask every guest to read these details before arrival. ● Accommodation in our apartments is intended for guests aged 18 or older. Younger guests may stay only when accompanied by an adult. ● Before arrival, you are required to fill in your personal details through the Alfred application. These details must match the information stated in your ID card, passport, or other valid identification document. If the information is not completed or does not match the document, we are unable to accommodate you. ● The personal data you provide is used solely to process your reservation and to meet legal obligations. Some of this information is shared with services that handle these processes (eg, our reservation system or, in the case of foreign guests, the relevant authority). ● For selected reservations, we reserve the right to request a refundable security deposit for the stay (for example, for one-night stays or reservations made on the day of arrival). ● Only guests listed in the reservation may access the apartment. Unauthorised use of the apartment may result in a fee. ● Parties and celebrations are not permitted, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours. ● Professional photography or filming intended for business, advertising, or any other commercial purposes is not allowed without prior agreement. A fee may apply in case of violation. ● We cannot accommodate guests under the influence of drugs or other intoxicating substances. ● In cases of excessive mess (such as the need for extra cleaning, ozone treatment, washing textiles, deep cleaning, repainting, etc.), an additional fee may be charged based on the extent.

Residence Caeasr is situated in the city centere of Brno. Historical part of town is only 10 min away by walk, or just 2 minutes by tram. There is a direct connection by tram to BVV Trade Fairs Brno. Villa TUGENDHAT - worldwide known and famous UNESCO heritage - is 15 minutes away by walk, and a large wonderful park Lužánky only 5 minutes.
