We are delighted to welcome you to the family-run Villa Gineta, your second home surrounded by nature, just 25 km from the center of Prague. Our villa offers a peaceful, cozy, and inspiring environment ideal for families, groups of friends, and colleagues who wish to spend quality time together, relax, or combine a stay in nature with work in complete privacy. The villa features inviting outdoor areas with a barbecue and comfortable seating, perfect for evening gatherings and shared experiences. Villa Gineta is available for individual guests as well as for private rental of the entire villa, making it an excellent choice for family celebrations, friendly get‑togethers, or small work retreats. A variety of restaurants can be found nearby. During periods of higher occupancy, we are happy to prepare homemade breakfasts for our guests, and upon request, we can also provide a full tailor‑made menu.

The surrounding landscape is perfect for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking in the forests, or fishing by the river. You will find many beautiful spots for picnics and peaceful moments outdoors. Within a 20 km radius, you can visit numerous popular attractions: the Slapy Reservoir, the Český kras Protected Landscape Area, Karlštejn Castle, the Koněprusy Caves — the largest cave system in the Czech Republic — Dobříš Chateau, Konopiště, and many more. We will be happy to recommend the most charming and lesser‑known corners of Central Bohemia.
