Our holiday apartment is located in a historic building dating back to 1558, which formerly served as a post station. Today, it is a quiet residential building with several occupants, situated in the heart of 72525 Münsingen. You will be staying right in the town center while still being close to nature—the proximity to the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve makes this location ideal for nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists. The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) and can be reached via approximately 70 steps. Inside the apartment, another staircase leads up to the sleeping area on a small mezzanine/gallery. The exposed beams and gallery create a unique sense of space with plenty of charm; however, the layout is best suited for sure-footed guests who are comfortable with stairs. Inside, you will find modern furnishings that contrast beautifully with the historic masonry. The visible, open timber framework reflects the long history of the house and, together with the gallery level, creates a cozy and distinctive atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and there is also a separate toilet, which is especially convenient when traveling with several guests. Thanks to the central location in the town center, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, despite being so centrally located, the building offers a pleasantly quiet residential atmosphere. This accommodation is therefore ideal for guests who appreciate the special character of a historic building with exposed beams while also valuing modern, functional amenities.

We are Benjamin (Benny) and Dominik, a married couple from the Ulm area. For around two years now, we have been successfully renting out a holiday apartment in our own home and have had the pleasure of welcoming many lovely guests.
