WELCOME Hallo, wir freuen uns, Ihnen unsere Bergwohnung im Bayerischen Wald im Dorf Mitterfirmiansreut auf der deutschen Seite des Böhmerwalds, 8 km von der tschechischen Grenze (Skizentrum Mitterdorf) entfernt, vermieten zu dürfen. Da wir eine tschechisch-neuseeländische Familie sind, haben wir die Wohnung „Aotearoa“ genannt, was in der Mauri-Sprache Neuseeland bedeutet (Land der langen weißen Wolke😊). Neben dem bayerischen Stil weist die Wohnung auch neuseeländische Elemente auf. Dobrý den, jsme rádi, že vám můžeme pronajmout náš horský apartmán v Bavorském lese, ve vesničce Mitterfirmiansreut na německé straně Šumavy, 8 km od českých hranic (Skizentrum Mitterdorf). Jelikož jsme česko-novozélandská rodinka, dali jsme apartmánu název „Aotearoa“, což znamená v jazyku Mauri Nový Zéland (země dlouhého bílého mraku😊 ). V apartmánu najdete kromě bavorského stylu i novozélandské prvky. Hello, we are happy to rent you our mountain apartment in the Bavarian Forest, in the village of Mitterfirmiansreut on the German side of the Bohemian Forest, 8 km from the Czech border (Mitterdorf Ski Resort). Since we are a Czech-New Zealand family, we have named the apartment “Aotearoa”, which means New Zealand in the Mauri language (Land of the long white cloud😊 ). In addition to the Bavarian style, the apartment also has New Zealand elements.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD Outdoor activities: The area offers skiing at nearby Mitterdorf ski area with multiple lifts and ski schools, cross-country skiing trails, ice skating rinks, natural swimming spots, and an aquapark. • Excursion destinations: Numerous and amazing hiking, cycling, and sightseeing options - including mountains (Almberg, Luzný, Roklan), lakes, cultural sites (glassworks in Mauth, open-air museum in Finsterau), nature trails, and towns like Grafenau and Passau.
