The apartment is located in a beautiful setting on the border of the Bavarian Forest and Sumava, 6 km from the border crossing Strážný in the picturesque mountain village of Mitterfirmiansreut, Germany, located at an altitude of 1040 m above sea level, which is a renowned ski resort of the Bavarian Forest, where both adults and children can find their own on slopes of varying difficulty. The ski area includes a children's park, the Ski Circus, for little ones and beginners. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Almberg apartment house with a beautiful view of the Bohemian Forest mountains, right next to the ski slopes. The apartment of 32 m2 has new vinyl flooring, the apartment has a living room with a double bed, sofa bed, dining area and TV. The apartment has a small equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee machine and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. There is a free common room, ski storage and an outdoor barbecue. A few parking spaces are available at the house, otherwise in the public parking opposite the house for EUR 3/day. The swimming pool and sauna are temporarily closed. Final cleaning is included. There is a small grocery store in the village where you can order pastries. Restaurants, ski equipment rentals, electric car charging stations, outdoor tennis courts are nearby. For a larger group we can arrange another apartment of the same size overlooking the slopes, located directly opposite.
