This modern apartment with own inhouse private parking offers a large kitchen and all facilities for short or longterm stays. Having a concierge service direct bus connection to City Center West and east within max. 15 min. and the wonderful and quiet rest on the lakewise riverbend of Berlins Spree it offers both. Plenty of restaurants, comfortable and modern living parking without hustle. The apartment has south diretion and sun until 2pm. The 2-store Parkhouse in front of the apartment will be torn down and replaced by a garden area. Therefore there will be from August partly construction going on in the daytime. We decided to offer via booking com a special price for the apartment, which was rent to customer since 7 years and ratings of 9.0 successfully. If these constructions will lead to disturbance for your hopefully pleasant stay, we will for sure reimburse a part of your price but don´t expect this. The building is rated by Berlin as very good location. The apartment has been used very often by 4 people. Be aware, that the bed is studiowise arranged. A big bath and the kitchen with all neceassary utilities made is ideal for longstays and business use.

The area is a mixed area of innovative loftcompanies, designer, speciality shops like golf equipment antique stores, the Berlin-famous Schlemmer paradise as well as universities and the max-planck institute. It is a diverse, balanced, but quiet area with lots of restaurants to explore, going around the corners. At the appartment there is an 100 year old harbour, which is used by architects now. The landwehr channel starts here which goes directly to the center of berlin. The Spree has a large bend here. The absolutely quiete place around the corner gives you open view on the lakewise bow looking to southeast. Perfect to watch the sun goes down and to get a silent rest or to read a book on the benches. From here you can by the way by bycicle or walking along the river Spree upto the Reichstag, the parlament of Germany in the Center of City West. The Tiergarten with its endless green start just 1 km away and to reach the best part of the famous Kurfürstendamm, yo can either walk or take the bus in front of the building. The building is protected from any street noise. The balcony has south direction. The private underground parking fee is free.
