The apartment is modernly furnished with comfortable furniture and amenities for a pleasant stay. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, comfortable sleeping area, capsule coffee machine for your morning coffee, and a large balcony with a nature view. The accommodation is suitable for more guests – an extra bed is provided via a high-quality inflatable mattress ensuring comfortable sleep. The apartment is located just 30 meters from a cross-country skiing trail and about a 1-minute walk from the ski bus stop to Großer Arber. The ski bus is free and recommended, as parking at Großer Arber is often limited and complicated. We offer 1 new bicycle free of charge, including a helmet. A refundable deposit is required in case of damage or loss. The bike must be returned clean and in its original condition. The deposit will be refunded after inspection.
