The apartments are located on both the ground floor and the upper floor, and all have Wi-Fi. A sauna is available for general use in the basement (for a small fee). Each apartment has its own parking space. Guests can relax on the terrace or balcony. The Baltic Sea resort of Trassenheide, with over 2,100 hours of sunshine, is considered the sunniest place in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The fine sandy beach, just 200 meters away, has a gently sloping shoreline and offers ideal conditions for long walks along the Baltic Sea coast and swimming fun for the whole family. Guided tours of the free-flight hall and the adjacent insect museum are offered. Just a short walk from there, you can discover the "upside-down house."
