Dear guests! You spend in a private apartment with a separate entrance. The apartment offers everything for a enjoyable hostel stay in and around Munich. The apartment is particularly well suited for Munich, fair and Oktoberfest visitors and of course all who would like to take a vacation in and around Munich or the Alpine Foothills. The modern and tastefully furnished 30 sqm apartment is located in the basement (with daylight) a detached house in Kirchheim near Munich. The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment is fully restored and furnished incl. new bathroom and kitchen. The minimum period of stay is two nights. Wireless Internet access (WIFI) or Wire Internet Access is free of charge. Breakfast service cannot be provided, however there are breakfast places and bakeries within walking distance (see above).
We like to welcome guests from Germany and all over the world and we would like our guests to feel completely comfortable during their vacation and are happy to return. Of course we support you with your travel plannings. For any questions during your stay I`m gladly available - personally on-site, by telephone, SMS, What`s App or by Booking. We speak English. The apartment has a built-in kitchen and a bright, separate bathroom. It has a Kingsize-double-bed (180 x 200 cm), Cabel TV (MAGENTA TV) SMART-TV incl. apps Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Sky, DAZN etc., radio/ stereo, cd-player, wardrobe, table with chairs and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. 4-ring electric hob, oven, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, NESPRESSO machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots/ pans, cutlery, etc., dishwashing liquid, detergent and dish towels. The spacious bathroom has a shower (height 1.80 m), WC and washbasin. We provide you beside the bed linen and towels also hand soap and a hair dryer.
Nearby there are shops, ice cream parlour, 2 bakeries, restaurants (2 Bavarian localities, Italian deli / -restaurant, Greek Italian or Indian Restaurant, Mc Donalds) and the Heimstettener lake. The bus station HAUSEN can be reached 3 min by feet. The bus brings you to the S-Bahn station HEIMSTETTEN (line S2) or to the subway station MESSESTADT WEST (line U2). From the Munich core city center, the bus main terminal or train main station you need for the public transportation the ticket „Zone M1“ as a single or group ticket. From AIRPORT you need the ticket Vom FLUGHAFEN „Zone M6“. At the S-Bahn station HEIMSTETTEN or RIEM you can park free of charge on the P+R parking place. At the subway station „MESSESTADT OST“ you can park in the parking house for 1 EUR. If you travel by car you can reach us by the motorway A99 exit KIRCHHEIM.
