Welcome to Usedom and these inviting and modern holiday apartments. This chic and contemporary accommodation is located on the first floor and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is situated in the tranquil village of Lütow, in the Neuendorf district on the Gnitz peninsula below Zinnowitz. The former servants' quarters and stables of the von Lepel manor have been lovingly and hospitably transformed into two welcoming apartment buildings, combining modern amenities with the charm of bygone eras. The family-run apartments enjoy a sunny location just 1.5 km from the Achterwasser lagoon. Each apartment has Wi-Fi. From May to September, a sailboat can be rented on-site (for a fee). Enjoy peaceful evenings around the communal barbecue with fire pit. Each apartment has its own terrace with a parasol and garden furniture. Sun loungers are available in the shared garden. The bathroom boasts a modern ambiance and a walk-in shower. The sandy beach in Zinnowitz is also easily accessible, where you can cool off in the Baltic Sea on hot summer days. Highlights: All utilities included Wi-Fi included Parking space Activities nearby: Hiking and cycling tours through the beautiful countryside of Usedom. A lovely day trip by bike is, for example, the circular route around the Gnitz peninsula ? Zinnowitz ? Trassenheide ? Wolgast ? Krummin ? Gnitz peninsula, which is approximately 55 kilometers long. You'll cycle through the heart of Usedom, visit a beach, take a detour to the former residence of the Pomeranian dukes, and then cycle back through the tranquil hinterland of the Gnitz peninsula.
