Apartment040 was built in 1926 and for quite a long period of time it was used as a telecommunications office. With its traditional Hamburg brick façade, the Apartmenthaus040 significantly shapes the image of Uhlenhorst. The building is listed and was extensively refurbished and renovated between 2013 and 2014 and then converted into today’s apartment block.
